Sarah has recently taken on a new challenge at CCS as Head of Commercial Policy Implementation, ensuring CCS agreements are compliant with government policies, including the four playbooks, national procurement policy, cyber essentials and prompt payment policies. This ensures that the public sector can buy with confidence from CCS commercial agreements.
Sarah is also working to understand how CCS will implement the new Procurement Bill which will reform the UK’s public procurement regime. She is focussed on the changes that CCS will need to make to its procurement processes and how we will work to put those changes in place.
