Sian qualified as a Learning Disability Nurse in 2008 and has worked in both adult and child learning disability services. Sian is currently a senior nurse for the CAMHS Continuing Care team within ABUHB. Sian has experience of working within commissioning and has always had an interest in shaping local service provision and strengthening the networks between child and adult services, promoting seamless transitions for young people with a learning disability.
