Sinéad began her career as a relief Support Worker at Dimensions in 2002, joined their Leadership Group in 2009 and after a brief move to Advance Housing and Support as their Executive Director of Support, she returned to Dimensions to take up the role of Managing Director in 2022. In every role Sinéad has had, she has been deeply committed to ensuring that people we support and their families are at the forefront of all that we do, and she is also extremely passionate about recognising and championing the vital role undertaken by front line colleagues across our sector.
