  • Bio

Vicki joined Revolving Doors in September 2014 as Director of Research and Development. Revolving Doors works across England to change systems and improve services for people with multiple problems, including poor mental health, who are in contact with the criminal justice system.
Vicki was previously Director at the Criminal Justice Alliance, a coalition of 70 organisations – including research institutions, service providers, campaigning charities and staff associations – working for a fairer and more effective criminal justice system. At the CJA Vicki led research on the work of the Crown Prosecution Service in relation to young adults with developing maturity; and worked with partners on a successful restorative justice campaign.
Before this Vicki was Public Affairs Manager at national charity, Catch22, where she worked with the Transition to Adulthood Alliance – an alliance that evidences and promotes distinct and effective approaches for young adults throughout the criminal justice process. T2A has contributed to positive change in policy and practice at a central and local level, and its evidence has informed service redesign and delivery nationally and internationally.
Vicki has a Masters in Social Policy and Planning from the LSE and is a Winston Churchill Fellow following research into international approaches to young fathers in contact with the criminal justice system.
