Effective whistleblowing arrangements are a cost effective governance tool which can act as an early warning system to prevent disaster and damage, are increasingly recognised by government and industry regulators as an important feature of effective risk management, and are identified as a key procedure to prevent bribery under the Bribery Act 2010.

Yet Third Sector magazine recently reported that UK charities are failing to put in place robust whistleblowing arrangements.

Public Concern at Work has extensive experience supporting organisations and have a range of training, consultancy and subscription services to help you embed and promote best practice, openness and transparency.
