Alison has worked on national and regional transformational change programmes since 1995, with subject matter ranging from Total Quality and Customer Relationship Management through to the mobilisation of technology and information within a very wide range of NHS care settings.
After starting her career in private sector industrial marketing and market research, Alison moved into the public sector with Royal Mail, leading communications and planning functions at area operational and regional levels before facilitating some of the biggest cultural programmes for the wider Post Office group.
Her practical experience is underpinned by professional accreditation including a Masters in Business (MBA) from Sheffield University Business School and MSP practitioner status. Alison helped accredit and improve the first Prince practitioner training in the public sector in the late nineties leading to PRINCE2.
