Andrew has over twenty years’ experience in process management working in provider and commissioner organisations. He has a strong belief that that business process excellence is the key to success for any organisation and process automation is a key leaver to achieving process excellence.

Andrew’s career started in finance, primarily in Financial Management where he successfully improved process performance such as monthly close down cycles and automatied a number of transactional processes.

Latterly Andrew has moved to focus on organisation wide process automation.

During this time Andrew has achieved a number of qualifications in business process management, 6Sigma, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, Project Management and Change Management
