Benjamin is chief executive of the Pubic Service Transformation Academy and Managing Partner of RedQuadrant, a public service consultancy. He has worked in public service transformation since 1998, with seven years at the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham including on the front line at Shepherd’s Bush Advice Centre, and work as Adviser to Leader, as eGovernment Manager, and procurement of a strategic partnership. At PwC and Sector, his work included customer strategy for Birmingham, advice to the Government of Armenia, and support to the Strategic Alliance of Staffordshire Moorlands and High Peak. RedQuadrant is a network consultancy giving public services the skills and capacity to change, with a wide consultant base. Benjamin speaks at the commissioning academy and is a leading thinker on system leadership. He holds a lean six sigma black belt and is an accredited power+systems trainer. Benjamin is a visiting lecturer in applied systems thinking at Cass Business School, City University, and has lectured at Nottingham Business School and Oxford Said/HEC Paris.
