Dr Sarah Kiely
  • Bio

Sarah is a portfolio GP working across multiple organisations, with her key focus on improving our understanding of vulnerability and supporting organisations and individuals to improve access and develop more equitable services.
Her current roles include salaried GP, GP mentor, NHS appraiser, Named GP adult safeguarding, in addition to her mental health roles of Outreach GP for the Steps Ahead Innovation Project – for care experienced young people in Salford, and Specialist GP for the Asylum Seeker Mental Health Service GMMH FT, Salford.
Personally, Sarah is a mum to two strong minded amazing girls, she has an elderly cat who has taken offence to her litter tray and is a wife to her steady and wonderful stay at home husband, without whom she could not do all her roles. Sarah has recently started the practice of forest bathing – tree hugging and mindfulness to practice better self-care, essential for us all in these challenging times.
