Michelle Anderson is a qualified teacher and post-graduate Psychology student with a passion for empowering others.
Working in the User Accessibility and Operational Support Team means enabling Operations to make sure justice is readily available to all, particularly to those vulnerable people who need it most.
Focusing on the user experience Michelle uses her cross-industry experience including customer service, learning and development, mental health and psychology to drive improvements to services with the user’s needs in mind.
Working closely with operational staff Michelle’s works to make sure solutions are an efficient and cost-effective way to improve services for users. With an emphasis on capability, Michelle works strategically to make sure users from any background can access and use HMCTS’ services.
