The majority of my career has been in senior leadership and management roles within the field of urgent and emergency care. I continue to be a State Registered Paramedic and regularly engage in the delivery of face to face clinical care . As a manager I am passionate about displaying the the attributes of that of a proactive leader and manager. I pride myself in being professional and get a significant amount of satisfaction in overseeing organisational growth and people development. I have lead the identification and development of new services and initiatives that benefit organisations, employees and customers across London, Surrey and the South West.
