Sally has worked in a variety of settings within the Child and Adolescent Mental health Service (CAMHS) for 23 years. This has included inpatient and outpatient provisions and more recently in a community crisis team. In 2018, whilst working in this team she completed a MSc degree in advanced clinical practice. Her roles and responsibilities include managing referrals, coordinating a multidisciplinary team, job planning and the prioritisation of CAMHS resources. Sally provides supervision, consultation and leadership to teams to ensure high quality CAMHS services and the practice of evidenced based care. She supports directorate managers in the development, implementation and delivery of CAMHS in line with local and national transformation plans. She is an independent nurse prescriber and have training and experience in Dialectical Behaviour therapy, Cognitive behaviour therapy and AMBIT
