As an NMC Registered Nurse, Tracey has a broad range of healthcare experience in acute medicine, elderly care, mental health, community nursing and specialist palliative care and also clinical audit, service evaluation, health research and patient experience. She is currently the Clinical Effectiveness Lead and as such is supporting the implementation of the Learning Disability and Autism standards across her Community Trust; Tracey finds it an honour to be working on this with some members of her community who have a Learning Disability or Autism and their carers.
