He has worked extensively on culture and behaviour change with clients on a number of award winning projects. He has been a key contributor to iESE’s series of White Papers on the future of Local Government, challenging and ‘debunking’ some of the usual solutions for local government change programmes.
John is passionate about helping to deliver public value in local government and in grounding local authorities to remember their key purpose. His background in the public sector has included working in the areas of policy and strategy, learning and development, marketing, human resources, procurement and finance.
