Welcome to the UK's 10th National Patient Flow Conference, a premier event focused on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of patient flow within healthcare systems. This conference brings together professionals from local authorities, the NHS, charities, and other support services to share best practices, innovative solutions, and impactful case studies.

Throughout the conference, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with distinguished keynote speakers who are experts in patient flow management and healthcare delivery. These speakers will address critical issues facing patient flow, such as reducing wait times, improving access to care, and optimizing resource allocation.

In addition to keynote presentations, the conference will feature insightful case studies showcasing positive work from across various sectors. From innovative approaches to discharge planning and bed management to successful collaborations facilitating seamless transitions of care, these case studies will highlight best practices and inspire attendees to implement similar strategies in their own healthcare organizations.
